New versions of CPU series cam contactors received at the warehouse

New versions of CPU series cam contactors produced under the TDM LECTRIC trade mark have received at the warehouse of the «National Electro Technical Company of Morozov».

Purpose:

Scheme executed with a jumper.

  • They involved in control and switching of electrical load management schemes and distribution of electric energy as input switches, etc.

Application:

  • As a switching element in switchboards of direct and alternating currents;
  • In the control desk AVR, lighting control, emergency shutdown, management of regimes for the TA;
  • In electrical motor control;
  • Management of units and all sorts of sectional breakers drives, disconnectors;
  • Mode switch transformer in welding equipment;
  • Operation control for heaters in the heating equipment.

The scheme without a jumper.

Benefits / Features:

  • At present from a very wide range of designed switching circuits (over 50 000 pcs.) in the product range of the Company of Morozov the 18 schemes are represented. This quantity covers more than 90% of market needs.
  • The product range contains CPU with a commutation circuit, widely produced by domestic manufacturers (No jumper between output pins), and for foreign producers (with a jumper between the output terminals) as well.
  • New versions of CPU of the TDM LECTRIC trade mark, to facilitate the selection of analogues in designation have the same number of switching circuits, as the one of the market leader «Apator» company has (scheme from 51 to 75);
  • The product range offers cam contactor to turn on a voltmeter into the three-phase network, which has a 7-position handle and allows you to measure all the phase and interfacial voltage (the position switch lever L3L1-L2L3-L1L2-0-L1N-L2N-L3N);
  • New sticker on the box provides all the necessary information about the product;
  • The package includes a set of fasteners for installation of switch into case cover. Printed switching circuit for switch is also available;
  • Box has a sticker.

  • Prices of TDM LECTRIC cam contactors are below analogues of other domestic and foreign producers;
  • Pricing policy for CPU cam contactors is transparent and logical — the price depends only on rated current and number of layers inside a switch (CPU with different commutation schemes, but with the similar parameters are of the same price) (see Table 3);

1. Following versions are available in the product range and they are divided by the number of the provisions of the selector lever:

  • 0-1 — «0» position means all contacts are disconnected, «1» position — all contacts are connected;
  • 1-0-2 — «1» position left pair of contacts is connected, the position of «2» — right pair is connected, «0» — all contacts are disconnected;
  • 1-2 — «1» position left pair of contacts is connected and position «2» — right pair is connected (without the zero position).

2. By the number of poles versions from 1p to 4p are available: for single and three phase 3-wire and 4-wire networks.
